Managed clinic within the physicians group at Roper Hospital. This position is responsible for all operations of an Express Care to include staffing 7 days a week and working with providers to ensure access to the community for all of their healthcare needs.

Managed 14 providers and 50 employees for the physician group. This position oversees all aspects of operations as well as staff. Key achievements in this position to date include: • Improved engagement and retention of staff by successfully changing the culture of the floor in both offices• Improved office processes to increase provider work satisfaction to include efficiency, accountability, and best practices. • Successfully on-boarded and grew 3 new providers to meet system expectations as well as adding 3 additional service lines to our department, Collaborative Care, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology. • Successful budget management to have improved both offices by more than 10% of bottom line YTD• Currently exceeding system expectations in both practices for clinical measures and finance goals

Oversees all aspects of running a new practice to include the additional duties of overseeing facility’s membership to retain members and ensure their satisfaction with the center and plan. Responsible for reducing the centers’ retainable Medicare dis-enrollments. Responsible for ensuring proper training and mentoring of all associates on population health and their role in the success of continuity of care patients.

Managed 18 providers and 40 employees for the Gastroenterology group. This position oversaw practice operations as well as being primary support for 18 providers. During my time with this office we successfully implemented a new EMR into the practice, completed office expansion to incorporate 4 additional providers, completed construction project to double the physical size of our practice, and improved our processes to increase CGCAP scores to meet hospital set goalsconsecutively for the year.

Managed the clinic for 30 Family Medicine Residents as well as a faculty of 18. This includes not only Family Medicine but also Sports Medicine, OB, Pediatrics and Behavioral Medicine. This position oversees all aspects of the clinic while maintaining hospital objectives and complying with ACGME requirements.
