I manage the Kronos time keeping system. I monitor clock in/out times, resetting accruals, entering accruals used, adjusting schedules and approving payroll to be processed. I also maintain a spreadsheet that notes the need and cost for weekly overtime hours for each payroll.Processing the weekly weekend calendar for the University is also my responsibility. Working thru 15+ calendars and many e-mails, I list in chronological order, the events that will take place each Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This is necessary for each of the three departments withing the Facilities Dept. I work closely with Human Resources on all Dept new hires, FMLA, Short Term Disability and ICO claims.I answer many phone calls that come into our Dept., distribute messages, and follow up on necessary calls made.The work order system that manages all requests for the Facilities Dept. run through our office. I enter/complete many work orders each day and assign and distribute them to the necessary employees.I take minutes at both the Facilities Safety Committee and the Ashland University Compliance Committee during their monthly meetings.I am the first person to greet you when you enter our office.
