Co-ordination, development, implementation and management of an integrated electronic records management system.

Records and Information Management:➢ Responsible for the development, implementation, management and continued improvement of a systematic records management program➢ Develop, plan and implement an electronic information management system. ➢ Develop a record retention policy and procedure for the records management program and coordinate its review and approval. ➢ Evaluating and recommending hardware, software and system applications to improve efficiency of the records management program so the staff can find the information they need quickly and easily. ➢ Plan for the future information requirements by preparing short-term and long-term strategies for management consideration and provide records technical support for the recommended strategies.➢ Preserving corporate memory and heritage.➢ Managing and monitoring budgets and resources.Training and Advisory Services: ➢ Communicate the records management program, records retention policy and procedure throughout the organization. ➢ Deliver straightforward training, advice, and support to departmental personnel on records management program and ensure that all staff are obtaining maximum benefit from the records management program. ➢ Provide ad hoc records management consulting and advisory services to staff as needed. ➢ Identify key business areas and/or primary functions to determine which departments the process can be managed electronically and which should remain a paper-based process. ➢ Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) team establishing a standardized and uniform file classification structure
