Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, managing logistics and document training activities throughout the company. Responsible to ensure the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and special projects throughout the organization. Work across businesses and teams to support delivery and new program development. Ensure training programs, course offerings and learning opportunities are running efficiently and effectively while working across multiple business units. Assist in managing communications, logistics, course materials, and reporting and work closely with the Director of Talent Management, facilitators, and participants to schedule and support all aspects of instructor-led, self-paced and distance learning classes. Provide support to the Onboarding and New Hire programs, assist in providing research on training trends, and drive meaningful reporting on program performance.
