Android Frontend Platform Engineer

• Develop and test Chase Android app features in Java/Kotlin that generate 80k unique visitor interactions a week• Ensure delivered features are ADA compliant as the team ADA champion. • Prototyped PhantomJs and NodeJs scripts for data scraping and bulk file downloading from public data sources.• Developed a web based dashboard and slack messaging NodeJs scripts for monitoring company Elastic Search servers utilizing Elastic Search’s Cluster API, Google Charts and Slack API.• Utilizing Ansible with Azure as a potential configuration management and automation tool.

• Design and initiate an artifact collection system utilizing Google Apps and Google Apps script for the Graduate School of Library Science launched for 6 sections of 4 different courses in 2015• Coding script for Queens College self-guided “Best Practices” course using Google Apps and Google Apps script that auto-generates a certificate document upon the completion of a list of requirements.

• Implemented AngularJS features for Chase’s Ionic business banking hybrid mobile POC.• Extended a J.P. Morgan web service to replace SOAP endpoints with RESTful endpoints.

• Prepared documents and packets for Administrative Law Judges before meetings, updated databases regarding case status, decisions, and account balances, mailed out rejection letters and Decision and Orders on behalf of ECB • Restructured the Appeals Unit computer file storage and resulted in a more comprehensible organization and shortened search time for staff• Performed duties on behalf of a full-time co-worker for 3 months under the supervision of the director ensuring that the office ran with minimal disturbance• Compiled an instruction manual for staff with procedures and protocols of panel meetings, board meetings, appeal rejections, and the Appeals Unit case archiving system
