I was in charge of multiple dept, first I was in charge of maintaining the decorative housewares dept which encluded candles, dinnerware, tablelinens, toss pillows, and frame areas. Second I was then in charge of the bedding dept which inclued all bed linens, bed pillows, and the window treatment. Finally I was then in charge fo the functional housewares dept which inclued tabletop, cookware,kitchen electrics, furniture, glassware, and storage and cleaning. At all times my dept was kept up above and beyond company standards everytime I had a regional visit my area was always highly recommended.

Created schedule for over 20 assocaites, made sure stockroom was kept up to company standards, organized and managed planograms, created displays, made sure tagging standards were kept up, made sure freight flowed in a consistent manner, etc.
