• Successful in personally securing gifts and pledges totaling over $1.25 million. Acted in Moves Manager role for an additional $2 million in gifts and $950,000 in match.
• Focused on qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors, defined as those with the capacity to give $10,000+ annually, or $100,000+ over three years, including individuals, corporations, and.
• Worked in conjunction with staff across the Conservancy (one of the largest non-profits in U.S. with over 3,000 staff) to prepare proposals.
• Organized numerous donor cultivation events, in the field and in house.
