Creative Services Associates, Inc., was purchased and renamed in June of 2016. The company structure changed, and my duties expanded. I now direct the Alignment Services (correlations, assessment alignments, rubrics) department, which includes all project management roles in the Correlations Project Manager role below, as well as senior level decision-making within the company. I also took on a dual role as the Human Resources Manager. As a small organization, there is not a direct need for a separate department. However, I split my time with my director role and handle employee relations, training, policy writing and implementation, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and act as an advisor to management.
