I have more than 20 years in Accounting, Accounts Receivable AR, Billing and Collections. My goal is to obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong organizational and analytical skills, while allowing me to grow personally and professionally. In the 18+ years in my last position, I have been blessed with a wide variety of tasks that have helped to hone my skills as an analyst and every level of production within the realms of A/R, Collections and Customer Service. One of my greatest accomplishments was that I created a database for all of the company's leases and subleases, coordinating all Accounting teams (A/R, A/P and G/L) with the Corporate Real Estate team to ensure timely collection and payments of rents, shut off of services upon tenant's termination, etc.I have a very strong work ethic and always ensure that I'm working as hard, or harder than those around me and doing everything in my power to lead by example. As a result, I have always been very highly regarded and trusted by my co-workers.I have very strong typing skills (66 wpm with 100% accuracy) and very good Excel skills.
