Manage all Sponsorship Sales for Oregon Jamboree Music Festival

Efficiently manages all marketing & sponsorship efforts for Oregon's oldest Country Music festival.•Successfully oversees a music festival consisting of approx. 60,000 patrons and other events produced by the Oregon Jamboree; substantially increased sponsorship dollars over 150% since taking position in 2011.•Proficiently executed all sponsorship sales, event branding & marketing with additional responsibility for all media promotions, Artist marketing relations & event imaging such as: posters, brochures, flyers, program / on-site imagery & provided quality writing and all copy for TV, radio & print.•Develop annual marketing budgets and marketing concepts to promote event sales.•Oversee all spot buys purchased & traded throughout 25 radio partners and 6 TV partners across Oregon, Washington, California, as well as National TV; coordinate all artists & event representative interviews.•Develop Intern Programs & manage interns, staff, volunteers, social media, website & email databases, •Successfully direct & coordinate marketing activities/policies to promote events & ticket sales.•Preserve brand integrity by monitoring the consistency & quality of marketing content.•Efficiently define & track campaign effectiveness while adjusting strategies, as needed.•Participates in Talent Buying for Festival and Sweet Event Shows
