• Worked closely with the controlling team and the warehouse in Denmark to ensure accuracy of reporting. • End to end insight through the project of integrating Reebok into adidas and setting up a common reporting system for the two brands. • Transferred key part of reporting for Denmark to the Financial Shared Service Center in Portugal, prepared and delivered handovers, and taught the new team processes & systems as part of the centralization transition Blue Motion Project that relocated the accounting department for Nordic headquarters to a Financial Shared Service Center in Portugal.
