• Complete restructuring of 8 kitchens, front of the house and the takeout and delivery department to prepare for future growth. This mission was accomplished and expectations were consistently exceeded • Reporting directly to the CEO • In charge of all budgets and results concerning sales and costs• Manage and trained all corporate operations managers (Service, Bar, Kitchen, Training, Marketing and Take out/ Delivery Managers)Responsible for hiring, training and placement of 32 store level managers who, in turn, manage approximately 300 service level front of the house employees and 200 kitchen employees including Sushi Chefs

• Sales, organization, staffing and follow through of all private parties in the private dining rooms as well as outside catering and large parties in the restaurants (approximately 20% of total restaurant sales)• Responsible for restaurant sales and operations, orientation of all new employees, reviews, schedules, graphics, contributions, accounting with QuickBooks, banking, floral arrangements and all special event arrangements in restaurant • Curated and planned popular quarterly art shows. Selected artists, handled all sales and organized opening parties in the bar area of the restaurant. Also showed and sold my own paintings.
