Responsible for overseeing and maintaining/facilitating the Human Resources and Operations support functions within the store. Responsibilities include performing administrative duties as it relates to cash handling and other company assets, maintaining BATF & Firearms sales records and assisting the store in monthly inventories, compliance requirements and audits. Other essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to keeping supplies and essentials ordered and within budget, maintaining the associate records as well as background and drug screens, new hire paperwork, orientation and training sessions.
