I specialized in researching grant funding opportunities for clients and preparing all aspects of grant applications for their critical infrastructure projects. At the City of Roseville, I was the lead Transportation Analyst for the City's transit operations. I oversaw the implementation of the City's service agreement with MV Transportation and supervised all other transit activities, including grant development/administration, regulatory compliance, report submittal, transit route analysis and planning, and.

During my tenure at SACOG, I was responsible for assisting in the development of the long range transportation plan and transportation improvement program (TIP) for a six-county metropolitan planning area. I also drafted program guidance and funding applications to disseminate to local agencies for funds programmed by SACOG in its TIP.
