I work in the Mayor's Office of Innovation and Performance on the Special Projects Team. I manage projects with a focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of multiple City departments, as well as revenue generating and cost saving opportunities. My office leads the development of creative approaches to delivering results on projects that address.

I worked closely with the COO and Deputy COO of the City of Atlanta to manage the enterprise wide strategic project grants. Once the City was awarded grant(s), I served as project manager to coordinate with internal departmental and external (private, community, and/or foundation) stakeholders to drive the success of the project work related to the grant.

• Managed, tracked and produced quarterly financial reports for a Bloomberg Foundation grant of $3M+budget
• Served as the in-house editor for our annual reports, press releases, progress reports, etc.
• Provided analytical support on projects
• Created and maintained internal websites for our team and upper management arm
• Procured and oversaw $100,000+ contracts for consultants and contractors
• Worked closely with the Director to ensure overall project management coordination

Code Enforcement

• Led new & existing employee training on administrative tasks, data entry in Accela, and procedures for a total of over 50 employees
• Analyzed & investigated data and conferred with field personnel and department heads in regards to best course of action for a resolution
• Managed wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Atlanta City Council, District 11

• Drafted newsletters, ceremonial documents, press releases, speeches, proposals, and correspondence
• Conceptualized, developed, and implemented more than 10 community programs and events with well over 500 attendees
• Coordinated with several charity groups/volunteers on community projects
• Represented and spoke on the behalf of the Councilmember at meetings, events, & other functions
• Assisted in the management of the $300,000+ fiscal budget and expenditures
