NISC is an information technology company that developes and supports software and hardware solutions for Member-Owners, who are primarily utility cooperatives and telecommunications companies. We provide integrated IT solutions for consumer and subscriber billing, accounting, engineering & operations, as well as many other IT solutions. As a Professional Services Consultant, I oversee the conversion of legacy data and configure iVUE software to meet client needs. I also provide training and support for software use. Ensuring collaboration and coordination between integrated solutions both internally and externally is an important part of my role.

Leepfrog Technologies develops academic software for online catalogs, curriculum management, and scheduling management. The software is fully integrated with institution Student Information Systems (SIS) and ensures data is kept accurate and in sync between faculty review/updates of courses and programs and student-facing marketing materials. As a Client Services Manager, I develop online Curriculum (CIM) forms that are uniquely customized to each client’s needs and specifications through use of a form-building tool. I provide specifications to the development team when widgets within the form require customization beyond the configurations available to me. I serve as the primary point of contact for my clients to implement form updates, and coordinate with other teams internally when additional form development is needed. In addition, I conduct standard project management duties, such as schedule management, requirements gathering and documentation, risk management, research for new spec requests, investigation and analysis for UAT problem reports, and move to production activities for numerous clients simultaneously. The work is fast-paced and requires a high attention to detail.

The Blue Zones Project helps individuals live longer, better by making the healthy choice the easy choice, working with individuals, schools, worksites, restaurants, and grocery stores creating policies and social networks to help make well-being a way of life. I was responsible for tracking community progress for reaching our goals to become a Blue Zones Community®. I served as the primary lead for Blue Zones Project event management, coordinating with organizations to plan and promote events, including serving as primary Blue Zones Project representative at the event to present our mission and vision. I created Worksite engagement programs including a schedule, budget, and weekly goals to successfully complete becoming a Blue Zones Worksite®. Upon successful completion, I coordinated celebration events to recognize organize success. Celebrations included programs such as one-time events with a small number of organization leadership to week-long events for leadership, employees, and affiliates.

Managed the start-up program for a college-readiness exam, encompassing development and printing of test materials, setting up a complex system for collection and distribution of customer orders (utilizing Oracle), as well as scanning, editing, scoring, and reporting of student results. Successful management of this scope required diligent communication and collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams.

Directed annual solicitation strategies utilizing direct mail, telefund and electronic communication with alumni and friends for six University areas. Oversaw the creation of letters, e-mails, and web content. Communicated annual giving performance and strategies to directors of development, departmental executive officers, and collegiate deans.
