The main tasks included the following:* Director, Internet hosting and design - management of global data center and WAN footprint* Director, Internet service delivery - strategy and design for global Internet infrastructure.

Director, product management for common ICT components in Nokia's consumer Internet business area. The key tasks included the following:- Strategy 2.0 for business IT in the Internet services- Solution management of common business IT components for consumer Internet services like games, maps, photos and social networking- The common components included IT architecture, data centers, content delivery networks, consumer insight, online payments and billing methods.

Director, business development with web 2.0 focus. Key tasks included the following:- Solution sales and solution management competence ownership- Portfolio management and business case process owner- Program manager for renewal of Nokia IT's way of working.

ICT Architecture and program management for the Nokia's global delivery process including supplier interface, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, crm & care, customer interface activities. I lead also competence centers for PMO, architects and program managers.

Heading solution management of global consumer Internet solutions and Internet application architecture. Target audience was consumers worldwide. The key tasks included the following:- Club Nokia for 100 M consumers- Program manager, Nokia Internet and e-business architecture- Solution management for common Internet service components.

Application manager for after sales systems, call centers and extranet applications worldwide. The key tasks included the following:- Factory management and MES solutions for service and repair factories in USA, Germany and APAC- Extranet, warranty handling and product quality solutions for x000 external service shops globally- Consumer and technical call centers in Singapore, Beijing, Amsterdam, UK and California- Club Nokia consumer CRM solution for x M consumers.

Application manager of R&D systems for mobile handsets, at the time of GSM globalization. Key tasks included the following:- R&D process and IT improvement towards concurrent engineering, including CAD, CAM and document management-Creation of R&D project management method with E-milestones-Originator and program manager of an EC-funded process re-engineering program for information management.

Successful customer engagements in areas of business process development, quality improvements and business - IT collaboration. Major contribution in selling and improving large scale data center capabilities.

Deep co-operation with E&Y, while working also for an ICT company Datacity Information Systems. Key focus was on business processes and package applications.
