About Terrence Echols

Hi I’m Terrence. I have been in the food and beverage industry since 1997. I started out this career path at the age of 16 as a kitchen utility worker (dishwasher) After working a summer at the Stone Mountain Golf Course I was promoted to line cook. I held that position till I graduated high school. Once I finished high school I began to move up the ranks become lead cook to supervisor to Sous Chef to Head Chef to Assist Director off food and Beverage. In 2016 I started my catering company Excalibur Catering Solutions.
