As a digital principal at Fireside Campaigns, I lead a team of creative and technical experts who design and execute online campaigns for progressive causes and candidates. With over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and outreach, I have a passion for using digital tools and platforms to amplify the voices and stories of marginalized and underrepresented communities. I have a Master's degree in Guidance & Counselor Education from Bowie State University. I use my skills in psychology and human behavior to craft compelling and persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences as well as being skilled in positive crisis and conflict resolution.In addition to my role at Fireside Campaigns, I am the president of the Washington, DC, chapter of Impulse Group, a nonprofit organization providing education, advocacy, and support for LGBTQ+ people of color, and the Creative and Digital Strategist at Can't Stop! Won't Stop! Consulting, a boutique firm that helps clients achieve their social justice and equity goals. I am proficient in graphic and video design, social media management, event planning, and program implementation. I have worked with multiple CRM platforms, such as EveryAction, ActBlue, Action Network, and Mailchimp. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies and to collaborate with others who share my vision of creating a more inclusive and compassionate world.
