During my time as a Support Team Lead for Tesla, I was approached by the department manager to explore a new Tech opportunity in the company - working with the Powerwall Backup Battery system. This role required quick thinking, and independent problem solving to ensure that the customers home has a constant stream of power provided by both the Solar inverters, as well as the Battery itself. Working with the Powerwall team has taught me both leadership, as well as crucial critical thinking skills to think outside the box to resolve extended power outages in all regions our team services - North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Puerto Rico. During this time, I was also involved in creating process guides for power outages in NA, AU / NZ, and PR (North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico). Having this process implemented across the team has increased our call resolution, as well as retained customer expectation of Tesla's guarantee to customer service excellence in both case ownership and accountability.

After proving my skills as a Tech Support agent, I was given an opportunity to grow in the role as a Support Team Lead for the Tech Support Team. During this time, I was actively assigned customer escalations, as well as complicated technical problems that required diligence and teamwork with other departments to ensure that all of the customer needs are met, and exceeded to provide the best customer experience possible. While not always easy, the role required determination to not only meet the customers needs for system repair, but also to ensure that the system was fixed properly and within a timely manner to ensure that the issue did not arise again. Often times, this role required close work with Tesla's Engineering, Diagnostics, Operations, and Field Service teams to coordinate a clear path to a proper resolution.

From the period of May 2018, to September 2019 - I was employed by Tesla as a first-line Tech Support agent. During this time I learned crucial account management and data input skills. I learned to effectively and easily diagnose issues related to the customers installed Solar inverters. Each inverter has their own troubleshooting steps, and I was able to effectively troubleshoot each type with a high rate of success, and work with other departments to ensure that readings and communication returned after troubleshooting work was completed.

As an Account Manager for Advance Auto Parts, I am in charge of training and scheduling our Shop Management System for our diverse clientele. I make sure that every customer that I come in contact with has the tools that they need, and the training that they require to succeed with our suite of professional shop management software. Before taking a position in the MotoSHOP training and scheduling, I worked with our R&D team as well as the Shop Marketing teams to make sure that our clients had access to the information that they required to get the job done right the first time, and that they had the most outreach possible with each of our tools.

As a 91B - Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, I was in charge of the maintenance and records keeping on over 1.5M in vehicles, tools, and service records. I was also in charge of training the new soldiers to the unit, as well as getting them acclimated to both the command and country climate while stationed in Korea and in Texas. "Leave no one behind, let no one walk alone!" was our company motto, and those words I take to every job that I work on and every person that I work with.
