Terrence is a property professional with over 7 years experience in state and local government, not for profit and private sector. He has diverse property development experience in delivering commercial, retail, residential and special purpose properties. He is currently taking on the role as a development manager for City of Port Phillip managing the front end planning, project management delivery and sales & leasing functions of Council. Terrence holds a Bachelors of Business from Western Sydney University and is currently a MBA candidate at Sydney University. He was previously a Assistant Development Manager for Transport NSW in the Transport Asset Revitalisation Program managing the rezoning of significant parcels of land through the Transport Oriented Development initiative to bring housing supply to the market. Previous to that role he was in The Salvation Army he supported the renewal of the state property portfolio through large scale refurbishing of under-utilised assets, subdivision of excess land and delivering major projects for homelessness initiatives, addiction recovery services and social and affordable housing.
