Terrence is a property professional with over 7 years experience in state and local government, not for profit and private sector. He has diverse property development experience in delivering commercial, retail, residential and special purpose properties. He is currently taking on the role as a development manager for City of Port Phillip managing the front end planning, project management delivery and sales & leasing functions of Council.
