When I first started working as a young adult, I was not sure which path I would be on. My career path has taken me to work in the Credit field and I love it! I really enjoy performing credit functions and it is a plus to be able to work with internal customers to provide credit decisions and also to work with external customers to provide collection options when appropriate.I have always been told I am a people person and feel this personality trait helps me to work with a diverse group of internal and external customers, building strong relationships to assist with any tasks I have been assigned.In working at two separate help desks I discovered that I have a strong aptitude for learning technical applications as well as analyzing reports, data and account histories. I am able to use independent judgment and am able to communicate complex account specifics to customers in ways that are easy for them to understand and retain.
