Working with people we support in their homes and their lives and helping them with the management of their challenges.

I manage associates, resolve customer issues, act as a liaison between management and associates. I schedule seven departments, work as a safety member, work alongside asset protection, and help to resolve daily issues in accounting. I manage an impulse merchandise department, as well as managing maintenance issues. I fix and work with technicians to make sure that the equipment is in working condition. I help to plan major store events, such as black Friday. In my spare time, I fill in as a cashier and a CSM.

I manage the operations of the front end. I make sure that there is adequate register, service desk, and cart coverage. I do spot checks to make sure that the registers are maintained and accurate. I help to resolve customer and associate issues, and help out with the merchandising for the impulse department.

I did hiring, orientation, payroll, benefits, FMLA, and termination work.
