As Customer Acquisition and Relations manager, I lead the strategy for both the acquisition and retention of our photo book creator/customers. As a part of this experience, I was fortunate enough to work with renowned publishing editors who helped hone my editing skills for our content creation and evergreen funnel campaigns. In addition to this, I worked with a team of digital experts who taught me the importance of catering to my writing for the online space. Our acquisition campaign was rounded out by a search engine optimization audit and strategy. By working with our SEO Company, I was able to get my first look at the intricacies of Search Engine Optimization and was responsible for the audit implementation. After the audit was implemented, our website saw a decrease in bounce rate from 35%-26% in a 4-month period.At the same time, I also managed our customer service team, working on both our customer and employee retention.

At the EEO Trust, I worked with a small team to establish the non-profit's digital program. As Digital Communication Coordinator, I established and implemented both social media and email communications strategies. I was also the project manager for both website redesign and Mail Chimp Migration.

As an intern, I worked closely with both communications, digital, and advocacy teams on the web identity and branding of the organizations. Our team worked with a focus on diverse content creation involving design, blogging, and day-to-day social media updates. Through this opportunity I was also able to write for the Daily Blog and Amnesty International's Blog.
