* Design and detail heat exchangers and cooling systems for the construction, forestry, agriculture, on- highway, compressor, industrial and mining markets.* Perform 3-dimensional modeling and product design* Work with Application Engineers in the development of the concept and calculations* Work with manufacturing to determine the best manufacturability of the product* Perform concept and design reviews with engineers and designers * Specialize and manage fan development

Manage multiple drapery hardware programs from development stage to production run of product of 185M. Design, detail and develop consumer products in the drapery hardware division. Perform 3-dimensional modeling and product testing in laboratory environment. Work with marketing teams to support customer line reviews and updates. Support 2 industrial designers in development of new concepts to model form. Coordinate project timelines and activities to ensure adherence to launch schedule. Maintain controlled document library of part drawings for QC purposes. Participate with sourcing group in projects concerning material and manufacturing productivity improvements. Perform concept and design reviews with a cross-functional team to ensure quality assurance and safety of our product. Design and develop tooling prints for die cast molded parts. Conduct DFMEA reports and discuss issues upon a design review. Create prototypes using an sla machine for concept and design development.
