Contributing proactively to a fun and positive atmosphere, helping others do their job well, and innovation are important to me. Accordingly, I appreciate being part of an organization that both encourages and empowers me to develop both professionally and personally. My pipedream would be to operate my own organizational business where I can help people discover a place for every ”thing” and develop processes for overall improvement. In the meantime, I appreciate the opportunity to learn more, continue to grow, and accomplish new tasks.
