Terri is a true veteran to the title industry. She started her career in 1983 as a settlement and marketing officer with Security Title Guarantee Corporation. She has since conducted hundreds of closings, and in doing so, has gained experience in every facet of the real estate industry. Over the past 31 years she has worked for such companies as The Title Company of Maryland, Fountainhead Title Group, RGS Title and most recently Sage Title.The closing is the last stop in the most expensive transaction in most people's lives: buying a home. Her new office, its location and décor are especially designed to make settlement a convenient, comfortable and stress-free experience. Her goal is to provide the highest level of customer service from start to finish. It is of the utmost importance to ensure that all of her clients' needs are heard and met in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.Terri is the Branch Manager of the newly-opened Continental Title Group in Bel Air, a lawyer-driven title company with six locations in Maryland.
