Account Manager
CurrentReceive, process, and ensure accuracy of customer orders. Work with planning, purchasing, scheduling and production departments to meet customers expectations. Complete quality documentation according to quality procedures. Track and communicate order status to customers and proactively resolve any issues with internal departments. Create order deliveries as per the customers specifications in a timely manner. Work with internal departments to proactively identify and pose solutions to exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction and then communicate order exceptions and solutions to customers. Create any customer reports as needed.
