I was with a small independent company until 1990 when we merged our firm in Owasso, Oklahoma with the largest Independant Firm in Tulsa. I became the Director of Recruiting and Training until I had the amazing opportunity to become a part of Keller Williams Realty in the Tulsa Area. I was offered this opportunity by Sherry Lewis, Operating Principal and Regional Director of the Oklahoma Region. We opened an Owasso Franchise in 1996 with 8 associates. We now have 2 locations, Owasso and Claremore and have 185 associates total and growing. Keller Williams Premier continues to hold the top spot in market share in the area. Honors include Team Leader Hall of Fame, Blackbelt, the President's Award, Eagle Award and many Market Center Growth and Production awards and Coach of the year in 2018. 13 years ago I was given the opportunity to expand and grow myself personally through MAPS Coaching. Mega Achievement Productivity Systems. I am now FULL time as a Leadership Coach and it has become my daily passion to assist others to their full potential.Past experience led me to opportunity to become an Operating Partner in the Greater Heartland Region of Keller Williams Realty and we opened the Des Moines Iowa Market Center this year. Such an amazing area with such huge expansion.
