I am the office manager - though that probably isn't the best title for what I do. I deal with many different parts of the company. I am in charge of recruiting for our clients, our finances, our social media and making sure everything that we need to do gets done.

Analyze corporate documents to approve companies for security certificates online. Communicate with customers through email and phone calls to help solve problems with their certificates. Work with partners to help them get their orders issued and solve any problem they have including some technical issue, refunds and cancelled orders.Trained most co-works, including the manager, on validation and trained many of them to get EV certified.Tested new software and suggested changes to it to make sure it would increase productivity and work efficiently.EV certified - I can issue extended validation certificates.

I prepared and food in a subway style Mexican food fast-food like restaurant. I had to keep up and set the pace for the others that prepared the food with me in this fasted paced job.
