Training Manager responsible for the overall planning and implementation of Epic end-user training program and ongoing education and maintenance of training program after go-live. Role included: * Training Administration and Planning: Role mapping of end users to Epic-specific training modules, development and communication of training schedules and classes and managing the complexities of moving quickly from classroom environment to virtual training during COVID-19* Implementation of a new Learning Management System (Cornerstone) for the registration and tracking of students and storage of student exercises and e-learning materials* Recruiting, hiring and management of training team consisting of FTE's and consultants: Management of onboarding Principal and Credentialed Trainers for clinical, revenue, patient access and analytics training development and just-in-time delivery of end user training* Recruitment and education of internal and practice-specific Super Users for post-go-live support: Ensured additional 'deep dive' education of Epic through weekly sessions* Provide communications to various stakeholder groups throughout project to plan and prepare for the delivery of training and post go-live support.* Post implementation support of practices through various educational sessions on top issues, provided Thrive Sessions to build expertise and increase Physicians' productivity and New Hire Epic training for practices bringing on new staff. From June 2020 - July 2021, led and managed the virtual training of Epic with 600+ classes to 900+ Physicians, their clinical staff, billers and B&T's internal employees on Epic's Foundation modules across a multi-waved approach.
