Understanding the universal desire we have to reach our potential, I also understand we often undercut and sabotage ourselves with internal fear, self-doubt and criticism, and negative self-talk, become discouraged, and give up going after what we most want. Using my knowledge of the workings of the mind and how fear can paralyze acting, I set out to create courses to help others get unstuck by confronting paralyzing and avoidance situations to accomplish what they want and be who they want to be.
