Create, develop and manage Multi million dollar radio brands KBXX, KMJQ and KROI. I am the head coach when it comes to programming, talent development, production and promotions and marketing. I work closely with Interactive One and act as content manager for our online brands. I helped launch and develop the nationally syndicated Yolanda Adams Morning.

I started as APD/MD and midday talent but was promoted to Program Director at WIZF. During my tenure the station became #1 18-34.

I worked for WHBX in Tallahassee, Florida before being recruited to Blue Chip Broadcasting (later bought by Radio One. Prior to my time at Cumulus, I spent 7 years at WFXE in Columbus, Georgia with Davis Broadcasting as midday talent and Programing assistant. my time there was invaluable as it furthered my radio education and solidified my training.
