About Terri Lynn Yanke Mba

I am excited to share and expand my skills to Property Management with Rouse and their new development community, Irish Fields Apartments, opening in Fitchburg, WI in March of 2024. I also get the pleasure of being Rouse’s Marketing Strategist. This is special since it is my family’s business. I am half Rouse! In addition, I have lived in a Rouse apartment while I went to college at the UW and I currently live in another Rouse premium property in downtown Madison. I am also a Rouse investor in another property. Their portfolio is large offering residential apartment homes from college to affordable to luxury to senior living in different parts of the Greater Madison area along with Milwaukee. My uncle, Fred Rouse, started his business in 1965 and has been growing it ever since. I am now joining a team of people who share his beliefs – in being proactive, providing excellent customer service and maintaining communities to the highest standards. Several Rouse communities have won awards for Property of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Maintenance Person of the Year, which reflects the dedication shown by all levels of the organization.
