• Develop a Submission Support Center for submitting Multi-Million dollar Proposals, IDIQs, BPAs, as well as several RFIs, White papers, simultaneously.• Staff and manage a team of Proposal Managers, Proposal Coordinators, Technical Writers and Graphic artists.• Work with Business Unit Leads/General Manager/Senior VPs to develop and solution their proposal opportunities, forecasting resources including consultants from their pipeline, and develop 30, 60, 90 Waterfall Charts all during COVID-19. • Responsible for B&P tracking and budgeting for proposals and consultants.• Responsible for Gate Review meeting and ensuring gates take place and are tracked for ISO, CMMI, and the Cost Estimating systems documentation processes.• Run large strategic Proposals to include solutioning and building the proposal packages for developing the proposal throughout the lifecycle of the proposal process. • Chair Kick-offs, Red Teams, and Gold Teams; Create annotated outlines, capability and compliance matrices to build on proposal templates. • Manage multiple proposal managers, proposal coordinators, and graphic artists within the SSC. • Work closely with other AI departments (Pricing, Contracts, HR Recruiting and Security), to ensure the Team is on task and on time. • Responsible for writing and managing, Proposal Guidebook, trainings for working on MS Teams, Working in MS Word on Teams, and working within Track changes while collaborating in color team reviews. • Work with Policy department to ensure compliance of all processes and procedures for AIs certifications ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI 3. • Final eyes on all submissions, including expert level desktop publishing as needed in the final development of proposals, and submit all RFIs, Market Survey’s, Sources Soughts, etc.• Supervise the submission of final proposals to the Government.
