Senior Environmental Geologist and qualified ASTM Environmental Professional with over twenty-five years of experience in environmental due diligence investigations. I have coordinated the completion of hundreds of projects with widely varying environmental scopes throughout the southeastern United States. I have completed over two-hundred jurisdictional wetland delineations on residential, commercial, and industrial properties and provided USACE Nationwide Permit Pre-construction Notification services for various types of developmental impacts to jurisdictional Waters of the US. I have expertise in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that involve site history review, regulatory database and local records review, and site reconnaissance to identify recognized environmental conditions of concern. I have vast experience in planning, managing, and conducting subsurface explorations for a variety of geo-environmental projects in regions of varying geologic conditions. Phase II Environmental Site Assessments have included subsurface investigation for the delineation of soil and groundwater contaminants and geophysical exploration for soil and bedrock studies. I have been involved in numerous remediation projects and successfully developed and completed Voluntary Cleanup Contract work scopes for Brownfield site redevelopment. I have a strong background in asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and radon inspections and have completed soil gas vapor intrusion assessments to identify potential impacts indoor air quality and designed vapor intrusion mitigation systems.
