I am the current owner in charge of player development/instruction and coaching teams of all ages. We have travel teams, 14u,16u,18u. and offer private or group lessons, camps, and clinics.

Advanced A League, Florida State League. Top young prospects.

Designed programs for 10-18 year old players in order to develop their skills for a better chance for college and pro scout to evaluate them. Developed teams to compete at the high levels in the nation. Created development plans, charted/tracked statistics and built individual portfolios. Handled marketing and advertising

Champions Sports Complex – Orlando, FL 2004 – 2007General Manager• Hired by Barry Larkin ( Hall of Famer) to manage this new facility that provided classes, coaching and camps in various sports (i.e. baseball, basketball, softball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, lacrosse).• Hired 7 department heads and oversaw up to 20 personnel.• Conducted planning sessions (6 months prior to implementation) to establish goals, budgets and programs and ensured all camps, leagues, group/private instruction were properly organized and operated.• Personally focused on development of the baseball program.• Involved in advertising/marketing and contract negotiations in leasing facility to organizations such as Disney Sports, high schools, Little Leagues and churches.• Successfully secured numerous sponsorships from businesses for camps. • Integral role in growth and success of this facility.

Cincinnati Reds - Cincinnati, FL 1990 – 2004 Scouting Supervisor (2000 – 2004)• Responsible for territory consisting of Central Florida, North Florida and South Georgia.• Secured schedules of high school games and attended tournaments and games to identify, evaluate and track outstanding prospects.• Responsible for preparing detailed statistics/reports, conducting background checks and interviewing students and their parents.• Involved in negotiations and signing of players. Player Development (1989 – 2000)• Pitching Coach—Augusta 1989: Team Won Sally League• Pitching Coach—1990: Cedar Rapids Reds, team lead the league in pitching, set league record for wins.• Pitching Coach —1991: Plant City Reds extended spring, gulf coast league.• Pitching Coach—1992 -1993: Billings Montana Advanced Rookie won league titles both years.• Pitching Coach—1994-1995: Chattanooga AA Southern League with the Reds- Playoffs both years.• Pitching Coach—1996: Princeton in Appalachian League Rookie• Pitching Coach—1997-1999: Billings Montana Advanced Rookie League, won league title 1997, playoffs 1989-1999.
