Manager and strategic leader of the Client Experience and Training Practice. This will help our customers fully adopt their technology investment, and maximize the benefits of the solution.

As the Senior Collaboration Architect for SMP, I help our customers create collaboration solutions to meet their critical business needs using the industry leading Cisco Unified Communications platform. For new customers, I guide them along the path from a voice only or disparate set of applications to a truly unified solution for effective communications. The seamless integration of voice, video, chat and online meetings using the Cisco platform is unparalleled in the industry. At SMP we are experts in this area and can help your organization communicate on a world-class scale.

Responsible for ensuring the development of the architectural design of Cisco IP Telephony system solution that supporst the architectural strategy, positions future functional requirements, standards and roadmaps while meeting the immediate needs of the business. Developed and implemented the global QoS model and corresponding Call Admission Control (CAC). Oversight of all global IP Telephony Project/Program Architecture. Initialization and Leadership of Global Telephony standardization, optimization and remediation projects. My final project culminated in the complete virtualization of the global Cisco IP Telephony program with the service using less than 20 physical Cisco UCS-C class servers for over 35K phones in 200 locations in most time zones.

I developed the global VoIP toll bypass and QoS solution for connecting traditional PBX architecture to the IP network that I then evolved to the design for the IP Telephony solution. I created the strategic architecture roadmap for the Xerox IP Telephony program. This includes the finanical, technical and business impact planning to advance the service and keep the solution up to date with evolving needs and capabilities.

I led the networking and security services focus while also providing consulting services and input to customer presentations. I also worked with marketing on the development of new service offerings for IP Telephony.

I created strategic network designs to meeting the needs of multiple business groups at Kodak, including software development, hardware manufacturing and other manufacturing processes. I was a core team member of many IT strategy teams including LAN/WAN, email and network management tools.
