As a civil and geotechnical engineer, Terry has worked on more than 200 reservoir, dam, irrigation and hydropower projects, dedicating his career to all aspects of dam and reservoir planning, design, construction and safety. Terry brings a unique combination of experience that in includes field experience in field investigations; detailed analysis of dams and foundation; optimization analysis for dams, reservoirs, spillways and outlet works; design of numerous dams and embankments; and construction inspection/QA-QC/Resident Engineering for multiple dam and heavy civil projects. In addition, since 1985 Mr. Arnold has worked on more than 30 RCC projects that have been built. He has been responsible for investigations, aggregate testing and mix designs with more than 100 different materials, as well as the design and construction of RCC for gravity dams, raises to existing concrete dams, seismic stabilization, overtopping spillways and other mass concrete structures for slope stabilization, closure structures at hydro-electric power plants and erosion protection.
