I was then recruited back to Entera Branding/Bell Signs by owner of the company in January of 2009. Consistent with my unique career path, this was my second time as a Lanier Worldwide/Ricoh employee. My first tour was from September of 2003 until May of 2005. I was recruited back to this position in July of 2006, by my former sales manager who had been promoted to the district manager position. As a Sales Manager I delivered consistent monthly sales numbers, and grew market share by providing the support and training for my sales team. Responsible for hiring, training, and support of a professional sales team. Led team through a turbulent merger period with Zero head count loss and excellent sales attainment.My team won a High Volume sales competition by placing the greatest number of "high volume" machines in our region, despite having one of the smallest territories in both number of reps and businesses per capita.I first started with Lanier/Ricoh in September of 2003 as a Commercial Account Representative. I was then based purely on sale results promoted to a Senior Account Representative and then finally to an Account executive. In these positions I routinely outperformed quota, and produced stellar sales results. I was salesperson of the Quarter, two times and won numerous district activity contests.

Educated Physicians and office staff about the benefits and advantages of my product for controlling and abating negative effects of diabetes. By doing this effectively, I was able to grow market share and help diabetics live with a better quality of life and control of their blood glucose levels.My proudest accomplishment was working with the Diabetes educator at a rural panhandle hospital to revise their diabetes protocol and education for their patients and staff. The end result was better control for the patients which in turn led to happier, more productive lives.
