(One major customer reduced new motor purchases 16.8% in 2017 vs. 2016 by using excess inventory rather than replacing inventory with new equipment). Gained new motor sales and repair business from a large customer due to positive results they received from our asset management program amounting to revenue exceeding $870K. Invited to Siemens Operations Working Group in 2014 - a joint venture between Siemens Industries and their vendor partners to address best practices, which allows us to benchmark our organization to similar businesses.
