Business Analyst Team Leader for the Customer Solutions Team. My role is to provide business analysis support to a team of 6 Business Analysts and 2 Project Officers. The team is responsible for processing over 3000 changes each year varying from minor process updates in the Contact Centre CRM to larger projects implemented across multiple business areas.

Business Analyst and Training Facilitator within Council's Business Transformation Project. My role was to successfully implement Council's new process mapping tool Promapp and through process design & workshops, create an environment which will drive ongoing continuous improvement across the organisation.

Process Analyst on the Customer Experience Transformation Project, working on the design and implementation of the fully integrated Customer Relationship Management solution for Brisbane City Council’s Contact Centre. Experience through many facets of project work including process analysis, process improvement, testing, defect resolution and vital document and record keeping. The main function to conduct workshops to design and analyse scripting for Council’s Contact Centre Knowledge Base. I have also worked closely with the project's Senior Business Analyst and facilitated workshops to promote process improvement while assisting in defect resolution
