Prepare food for all Basics Markets. Ship it to all locations

I still work for Compass Group LLC. under there umbrella at Bon Appetit. I work long side great Chefs daily. We prepare food from scratch, from local farmers. The students are given many choices daily of what they want to eat. There are 6 different locations we prepare food for. This last year I prepared BBQ's from around the United States for the students. It's nice to be able to share so much with many. Know what we put into our meals and knowing the quality of the product is very important to me. There smile say's it all.

I was responsible for preparing and making breakfast daily, I prepped for lunch which consists of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course, veggie, bread and dessert. All our meals were from scratch. I took pride in that not only did they look good, they tasted out of this world. I also wrote the weekly menu and did inventory. Compass is a great company to work for.
