After 20+ years working in senior positions for leading companies in the Telecom and IT sectors, I have established StratResource to fulfill a long held career ambition of being an independent consultant. As the name implies, the mission of StratResource is to be a "strategic resource" for companies focused on optimizing the services component of their business.My career including extensive international experience supporting businesses in Europe, Latin and South America has given me a broad industry perspective and deep insight into the best practices associated with successful service businesses.
