• Lead a virtual team including a software developer and 3D Modeler to create IMI programs for the Field Artillery Officer School. Instructors utilize the various IMIs to present complex and detailed information to over 1,000 American and foreign students a year in preparation for becoming Artillery Officers. • Perform technical writing and document management to develop RFIs, Product Design documents, Project Management Plans, and Quality Control Plans. • Experienced with capturing and qualifying DoD contracting opportunities. • Manage personnel, time, and budget to meet deliverables with a variety of time constraints using Agile methodology. • Liaison between multiple Army and Civilian led DoD agencies and stakeholders to meet deliverables. • Working with FA Officer School to plan for IMIs which will support the LongRange Precision Fires Program of Instruction (POI). • Assist with identifying Army related opportunities and proposal development.

• Lead a small team of expert collective trainers and MTC personnel to maximize effectiveness of simulation exercises for Corps level and below. Primarily focused on Long Range Precision Fires and Deep Operations. • Perform technical writing and document management to develop Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), Product Design documents, Operations Orders, and After-Action Reviews. • Present classes and lead over-the-shoulder training on various subjects related to staff operations including the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), targeting process and Administrative Operations. • Teach, coach and mentor Battalion and Brigade level staff members to collaborate, and function in team environments. • Coordinate the full process from MSEL design, simulation construction, and exercise execution. • Exceptional hands-on experience operating and instructing the use of Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS). • Serve as staff officer (role play) for the Higher and Lower Control Cell (HICON, LOCON) response cells replicating Higher Head Quarters (HHQ) and subordinate unit activities during exercises.

• Senior NCO responsible for the development and training of five, ten person teams. • Subject matter expert for Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System and Digital Fire Support Training Simulation. • Program Manager for the Brigade’s Fire Support Certification Process which was later adopted by the 2nd Infantry Division Artillery (DIVARTY) to become the division standard for Fire support Certifications of over 500 personnel. • Responsible for the execution of the Brigade Fire Support Coordination Exercise which integrated AFATDS, Fires Simulation, and Virtual Battlefield Simulation to train over 2,000 maneuver personnel.
