Since January 2007 and embarking on a career in Football Media I have been working as a freelance Co commentator for Sky SportsPrimarily I Co commentate on Spanish La Liga fixtures for Sky Sports.Most of my work is recorded ‘Off Tube and on siteaWhenever I Co commentate on English Premier League games it is on site.I also Co commentate on Champions League matches. & for Manchester United TVI have also Co commentated on South American World Cup qualifying matches.I appear regularly on Sky Sports mainly as an analyst on Spanish football. I have appeared on numerous occasions as a Studio guest on live English and Spanish games and appear as a regular guest on the Spanish Football review programme Revista de La Liga as a guest and presenter.I also record a weekly Spanish Football Podcast for Sky Sports. I am a joint presenter and have joint editorial responsibility for the content and production of this Podcast. This is available on iTunes.I contribute on a regular basis for Talk Sport and BBC Radio. I write a for the Metro News Paper, and Unibet weekly La Liga Football player Consultant.

Whilst working as the coach for Northern Ireland I also worked as a talent scout for English Premier League clubs Bolton Wanderers and Manchester City. I was based in Southern Spain and I was responsible for identifying future signings from Spanish football. Pablo Zabaleta was the highest profile player that I helped identify for Manchester City who signed him from Espanyol along with Martin Petrov from Atletico Madrid and Javier Garrido from Real Sociedad.

Appointed Assistant Manager of the Northern Ireland international Team in 2004. Northern Ireland were ranked 124th in the world. After some famous victories including beating England, Spain and Sweden we rose dramatically to a ranking of 27.

Appointed Assistant Manager at Wycombe Wanderers in 1999. In the season 2000-01 Wycombe Wanderers reached the Semi Final stage of the FA Cup. Wycombe were defeated 2-1 by Liverpool. Wycombe were a third tier team in English football.
