I've been in the construction field most of my work life. The last 16 years have been in the trucking and excavation part of it. Starting as a young driver, I moved my way up the ladder to being a manager at my current and former place of employment.I've never had any restrictions or problems learning a new skill or trying new things to accell in my job. Anything from washing trucks, driving trucks, hauling equipment, running equipment, working on trucks and equipment, DOT compliance, management of drivers and proformance and jobsite assessments. Just to name a few! Learning a new skill never gets old. I enjoy the diversity of knowing different aspects of any job to be able to jump in and help out when it is needed to get the job done.
