Serve as an Agency Adviser providing Recruitment and Staffing, Benefits and Retirements, Classification and Position Management, Employee Records, Personnel Action Processing, and Quality Assurance & Analysis counsel, as well other essential HR support functions involved in servicing NASA leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees.* Provide corporate counsel on the delivery of all Human Resources operational services within NASA and the Glenn Research Center.* Advise on structure, coordination, plans, and allocation of human resources.* Collaborate and advise Agency leadership in the development of policies and operational protocols.* Build cooperative management teams for attracting and retaining highly skilled talent.* Serve as an organization primary change management agent.
