Serves on the 25th Infantry Division Staff in the ACofS G4/G6 office as the Senior Electronic Systems Maintenance NCOIC. Responsible forelectronic maintenance oversight of the Division HQs and 5 Brigades. Plans coordinates, intergates, and excutes logistic support for C5ISR operations of Warfighter Information Network and strategic communications for the Division with emphsis on Combat Net Radio and Commercial off-the-shelf equipment. Interfaces directly with G3 Force Intergration to coordinate new equipment fielding and training, the application of Modification WOrk and monitoring the overall readiness of the division electronic fleet. Provides oversight of the Command Maintenance Discpline Program and verious rediness programs. Coordinates with Army Material Command, Defense Logistics, Logistic Readiness Center-Hawaii, JBLM/I Corps, and USARPAC to maintain material readiness across the 25th Infantry Division

Develops and implements unit level electronic maintenance programs. Develops and enforcespolicy and procedures for facility management. Organizes work schedules and instructs subordinate personnel in thetechnical maintenance of field communications and electronics equipment and systems, and associated devices.Ensures repair of COMSEC devices complies with published security requirements. Provides advice and technical assistance to commanders. Requests logistic support; assimilates and prepares reports and maintenance statistics

Serves as Chief Instructor for the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Division (TMDE); manages the Program of Instruction (POI) for the United States Army Ordnance School course 198-94Y10 and 198-94H10; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and morale of 8 NCO Instructors and 4 Department of the Army civilians; manages course flow and scheduling, coordinates and oversees the planning and development of lesson plans and exams; ensures calibration and maintenance of base shop test sets, tool kits, electronic maintenance test equipment, vehicles, generators, and facilities.
