Also held this position during the 2011 Federal Census.The position involves the recruitment and hiring of 9 crew leaders who in turn lead a team of 80 enumerators to conduct data collection on the Vancouver Island reserves.Nominated for and received an Award of Excellence for the successful completion of the 2016 Census raising completion rates by 20%.

Terry Mack is the Research Coordinator for Quintessential Research Group Inc. Her knowledge and expertise is in project management of socio-economic research projects as well as training and supervision of field staff in challenging situations. She has considerable experience in large scale data gathering projects, and has completed an 8 month project for the 2011 Census and National Household Survey (NHS) where she was responsible for managing the on reserve data collection activities of Aboriginal people living on reserve throughout Vancouver Island using a variety of mixed methodologies: face to face, telephone and non-response follow up. Terry’s career encompasses a broad base of work with governments, non-profits, NGO’s and small business and includes the implementation in select communities of the very first federal government’s initiative on private sponsorship of Vietnamese refugees to Canada. Terry has recruited, trained and supervised community researchers for data collection with Socio Economic Impact Assessments conducted for several communities in the BC Interior.
